Registration is confirmed upon submission of the enrollment form and completion of payment (or for Group tier, receipt of invoicing details). Early Bird pricing is available only until the stated deadline and may not be combined with other offers.
All prices are listed in USD or GBP depending on the selected region. Payment is processed securely through Square. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
SLAMM LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In the event of cancellation by SLAMM LLC, registrants receive a full refund.
All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
SLAMM LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
Live sessions are recorded and made available for catch-up viewing. Recordings are for the sole use of enrolled participants and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
Regular attendance is encouraged to get the full benefit of the program, but missed sessions can be reviewed on-demand.
A Certificate of Completion and LinkedIn digital badge are awarded to participants who complete all required modules and the capstone incident response exercise.
The CompTIA Security+ exam voucher (Premium tier) is provided digitally and is subject to CompTIA's own terms and redemption policies.
Personal information collected during registration (name, email, phone, education details) is used solely for program administration, communication, and certificate issuance.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
